What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our overall wholesale MOQ is 100 pairs total. You can mix colors and series, with a minimum of 5 pairs per SKU.
Can I get physical samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. We usually provide 3-5 pairs of samples for free (shipping costs to be covered by the customer).
What payment methods are available?
Most of our customers pay through T/T, PayPal, credit card.

Where are your local warehouses located?
We operate self-owned warehouses in Vietnam Hanoi, Indonesia West Jakarta, Malaysia Serdang, and Thailand Samut Sakhon
. Local delivery takes 1-3 business days.
How long does the global shipping take?
For global orders outside SE Asia, we ship via professional couriers. Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days depending on your location.

Are UYAAI lenses certified for my country?
Yes, our lenses are medical-grade and hold CE, ISO13485, FDA, and Southeast Asian Local certificates, TFDA, MDA, PFDA, MOH Vietnam , MoH Indonesia certifications.
What materials are your lenses made of?
Most are made of HEMA+NVP for comfort. We also offer Silicone Hydrogel for our clear lens lines to ensure high oxygen permeability.
